About Our Facility

What makes Whole Golf different from other training facilities?

Whole Golf takes a holistic approach to golf improvement, combining PGA instruction, state-of-the-art Foresight simulator technology, golf-specific fitness training, and physical therapy. We focus on developing your game technically, physically, and mentally.

What technology do you use for training?

We use Foresight's newest Falcon overhead launch monitor, which features Quadrascopic Technology. This advanced system uses infrared tracking and high-speed cameras to capture thousands of images per second, creating the most realistic simulation experience possible.

What courses can I play on the simulator?

Through Foresight's FSX Play and FSX 2020, you can experience over 50 world-famous golf courses, including:

  • Pebble Beach

  • Spyglass

  • St. Andrews

  • Carnoustie and many more!

Membership & Booking

Is Whole Golf membership-based?

Yes, we operate on a membership model. We offer various membership options to suit different needs and skill levels.

How do I book lessons or training sessions?

Booking is handled through our Mind Body system. You can easily schedule sessions with your preferred instructor, book training times, or reserve simulator access through our online booking platform. You will have to create an account to sign up for classes.

What types of training programs do you offer?

We offer several training programs including:

 

  • Group training sessions for different age groups:

    • High School (ages 14-17/18)

    • Middle School (ages 11-14)
    • Elementary (ages 8-11)

  • Adult/Women focused clinics

  • Practice clubs for juniors and adults

  • Whole Golf Training program for intermediate and advanced golfers

  • College golf consulting for juniors (if applicable)

Technical Questions

How accurate is the simulator?


The Foresight Falcon launch monitor is one of the most accurate in the industry. It uses Quadrascopic Technology to capture thousands of images per second, providing precise data on every aspect of your swing and ball flight.
 

What data does the simulator provide?
 

The Foresight Falcon measures key ball data like speed, launch angle, spin, carry distance, and side angle, as well as club data such as club head speed, path, angle of attack, face angle, and impact location. It provides a detailed view of ball flight and club mechanics, helping golfers improve performance.
